The Challange

The client — a medical and aesthetic clinic offering skincare, Botox, laser treatments, and wellness services in the United States — needed a consistent, scalable flow of qualified patient inquiries through Meta Ads. This was not a smooth ride from the start — it was surviving the difficult early phase and having the discipline to keep testing until the results came.

Strategy & Approach

The campaign was not built in a straight line. It was built through failure, iteration, and the refusal to quit. What you see in the results today is the product of weeks of grinding through poor performance — testing, learning, rebuilding, and finally finding the formula that worked.

Phase 1 — Launch & Early Struggles

The campaign launched targeting US audiences interested in aesthetics, beauty, and wellness. Ad Set 1 ran on a $270/day daily budget. Early performance was poor — cost-per-lead was high, leads were few, and creatives were not landing. But instead of abandoning the campaign, every failed ad was treated as data.

Phase 2 — Testing, Rebuilding & Iteration

A full creative and audience overhaul was executed. New ad formats were tested: treatment-specific imagery, social proof copy, urgency-led offers (limited consultations, seasonal promotions), and direct benefit messaging. Audience strategies were rebuilt from scratch — interest-based targeting, broad Meta algorithm optimisation, and engagement retargeting were all tested in parallel.

Phase 3 — Results Begin to Emerge

After significant iteration, Ad Set 1 began to perform. With a $270/day daily budget running on an ongoing basis, it generated 306 Meta leads at $45.17 cost-per-lead — reaching 138,345 unique accounts with 352,874 impressions. Ad Set 2 contributed an additional 25 leads at $67.75 CPL. Total combined: 331 leads, $15,516.20 in spend.
